Description

IRCTC takes the privilege of operating an exclusive “Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train” for Puri, Gangasagar, Baidyanath and Gaya starting from Agra with confirmed train tickets in non-AC Sleeper, 3AC Class and 2AC Class for its esteemed passengers. The destinations covered in Itinerary include Baidyanath, Gaya, Puri, Konark, Gangasagar, Kolkata, Varanasi & Ayodhya.

Comfort:
The Comfort category includes travel by 2A train. The package cost is Rs. 41,980 per person for single, double, or triple sharing, and Rs. 40,350 for children aged 5 to 11 years.

Standard:
The Standard category includes travel by 3A train. The package cost is Rs. 31,720 per person for single, double, or triple sharing, and Rs. 30,360 for children aged 5 to 11 years.

Economy:
The Economy category includes travel by Sleeper Class (SL). The package cost is Rs. 19,110 per person for single, double, or triple sharing, and Rs. 17,950 for children aged 5 to 11 years.

Passenger booked as Single will have to share the Occupancy with other passenger on sharing basis with other bookings.

Indian Railways is providing approximately 33% concession for promotion of rail tourism under Bharat Gaurav Train scheme. The above price is inclusive of the concession.

Inclusions

Economy:
The Economy package includes travel by Sleeper Class train, night stays in budget non-AC hotels on double or triple sharing as per the itinerary, wash-and-change facilities in budget non-AC hotels on multi-sharing basis, non-AC transportation for local travel, and basic onboard and off-board meals during the journey.

Standard:
The Standard package offers travel by 3AC train, night stays in AC hotels on double or triple sharing, wash-and-change facilities in non-AC hotel rooms on double or triple sharing basis, non-AC transportation for sightseeing and transfers, along with basic onboard and off-board meals.

Comfort:
The Comfort package includes travel by 2AC train, accommodation in AC budget hotels on double or triple sharing basis, wash-and-change facilities in AC hotel rooms on double or triple sharing, AC transportation for local travel, and basic onboard and off-board meals as per the itinerary.

Exclusions

1. Monument &temple entry charges, boating etc.
2. Cost of sightseeing, entrance and local guides etc. not included in the itinerary.
3. All kind of tips to drivers, waiters, guides, representative, Fuel Surcharge, etc.
4. Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus provided by us.
5. Anything not included in the inclusions.

Terms & Conditions

All Guests are requested to carry Voter ID/Aadhar Card & Covid-19 final dose certificate with them.
Some of the hotels in the selected locations may not be having lift facilities.
Itinerary is tentative and can be changed or modified subject to smooth and timely running of Train. The final Timing will be based on the Train order received from the railways.
Operation of Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train is subject to minimum number of passengers booked.
IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellation/ delay of train/ insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period.
Passengers before boarding the train should ensure the proper check-up of their body/ health from their Doctor in order to be fit for travelling, IRCTC will not be responsible for any mishap due to unfit condition/ health problem such as restlessness/ anxiety/ Unusual breathing problem of Asthmatic clients/ any other physical problems and Natural Death of the passengers.
During day while going to Ganga Sagar, the freshen up shall be provided in dormitory on multi sharing basis for standard and superior category.
Part payment is allowed for online booking for package cost above Rs. 50,000/- per transaction for all Packages.
IRCTC registered users and Guest users can avail the part payment facility for online booking at www.irctctourism.com.
IRCTC counters can also use this facility to accommodate walk-in customers.
Agents are not authorized for online booking with part payment at www.irctctourism.com.
The minimum ARP (Advanced Reservation Period) for part payment facility is booking done at least 35 days before the departure date.
Part Payment is applicable on the total booking amount (above Rs. 50,000/-) in 2 installments inclusive of GST:
✔ Domestic/International Air Packages: 30% (1st), 70% (Final).
✔ All Other Packages: 25% (1st), 75% (Final).
If the final payment is not made at least 30 days prior to the departure date, the booking will be cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
Partial cancellation of passengers is not allowed in part payment transactions.
For any cancellation and part/final payment, days are counted excluding the date of departure.
Tour confirmation number is generated only after full payment is received by IRCTC.
Only full cancellations are allowed on such transactions, with applicable cancellation charges.
